How to measure
Chest
Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
Foot length
Stand on a sheet of paper. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe. Measure between the marks in centimetres.
