Customized jerseys are final sale
Any shirt printed with a name and/or number cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Personalized prints are made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold.
If a customized item arrives with an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Standard returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Boots must be tried on indoors only — outsole markings void the return.
How to start a return
- 01. Email thezonekits@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- 02. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping address.
- 03. Ship the item back — return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
- 04. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued.
